Only a few tulips showed up this year. It was cold here, but not cold enough. I’ve read that tulips need a 6-week hard freeze in the winter.

Good for me, not for them!

Tulips just beg to be photographed.

    Oh wow!!!! This is a wonderful surprise today! I love it to see now all these lovely things you are often talking about. Of course including the cats and the dog and your flowers and all this beloved little frippery ... well all these beautiful things of a simple life :) It's really a great pleasure!
